Nikolay Neykov (b. 1973) received an education in economics from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov. From 2000 till 2002 he worked for the Soros Center for the Arts – Sofia on various projects, incl. research and publications about financing of culture and the arts in Bulgaria, Arts and Business in Bulgaria, Summer Academy for Performing Arts – Sofia 2001 (an international interdisciplinary project for professional training & communication between independently working artists in the Balkan region and the wider region of Central and Eastern Europe) and Translations project.
