Irina Nedeva (b.1968) She holds an MA in Philosophy from Sofia University. She has an extensive experience as a journalist at leading political commentary programmes at the National Bulgarian Radio (1993-2000 and since 2006 till now) and the National Bulgarian Television, Channel One (2000-2006).
Her international professional experience includes training with Radio France International (Paris), Swiss Radio International (Bern), Wilmington News Radio (USA), European Journalism Centre (Maastricht) and International broadcasting training course in Cardiff (United Kingdom).
Irina Nedeva has been a co-ordinator of the Balkan Media project of the Association for Democracy – Greece (1998-1999); has co-ordinated the “Freedom of Speech Civic Forum” and has organised the National conference “For European Media Legislation in Bulgaria”; she has also co-ordinated the international MA program "Journalism as a forth power" at the New Bulgarian University (1995).
