The pageant starts from “N. J. Vaptzarov” Boarding School at 1.00 p.m., passes through the main street and finishes with a show at 1.30 p.m. in front of the municipality (in good weather) and in Tchitalishte “Razvitie” if it rains. For Saint Michael’s day and as a result of psycho-social work through arts with children and young people.

The event is part of Gobul’s programme “Let’s Listen to the Children’s Dreams” that is developed in co-operation with the Bulgarian Charity Aid Foundation and the Red House Centre for Culture and Debate.
The long-term social programme "Listen to Children’s Dreams" of Globul aiming at improving the communication skills and socialization of underprivileged children. The programme is realized with the support of Bulgarian Charities Aid Foundation in partnership with non-governmental organizations and specialists in the filed of artistic psycho-social approaches, artists, psychodrama-therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, art-therapists, social workers, etc.
The documentary Discovered Children (27 min., 2007, dir. Ivan Nikolov) was shot at the end of 2006 during a group work through artistic means (drama, drawings, music, dance, etc.) and expressive methods (psychodrama, sociodrama, group dynamics, etc.) with more than 200 children from Homes for Children Deprived from Parental Care in Blagoevgrad, Veliko Tarnovo and a Boarding School in Elhovo. The film tells how the children learn through the means of art to express themselves better and to find their way to the other ones
