How Do You Spell DE-SIGN in Bulgarian?



Conceptual language and instruments of design (graphic, commercial, spatial, digital) are in the process of transforming more and more into instruments of art and these instruments themselves turn into art.
In this direction the interdisciplinary organization FIELD - which unites people working in design, architecture, art and new media - began a few-months project in which the technical skills and design demands, sociologic statistics and analysis have become conceptual base for generating works of art.

The project set off with an online inquiry 01.08 - 30.09 www.designfield.org/de-sign which aim was to provoke on different levels and to investigate the attitude of contemporary Bulgarians towards design in three of the fields of its application.
