"Oratorios for Chamber Orchestra" contains musical pieces from the late Baroque epoch. Consort for Antique Music "Concerto Antico" presents Renaissance and Baroque repertoire preserving the original sound. They give interpretation to archaic music playing with authentic Baroque instruments which is one of the remarkable characteristics of the Consort. "Concero Antico" is the first musical formation that was chosen to participate in The 30th International Ancient Music Festival Fringe, Barcelona - 2007. With three extraordinary concerts Bulgaria was presented for the first time on the international Baroque stage. Consort for Antique Music "Concerto Antico" will present one of the most fascinating compositional technique – the transformation of one and the same musical material from chamber to monumental oratorial form or the so called "Parodie".
